Go4it is a programme based at inspiring and empowering the go getters to unlock their potential by bringing a shift in mindset.

We engage the youths both online and offline by organising mentorship forums, training and providing access to information on opportunities in different sectors.

The program operates under the Sleepy David Foundation. Sleepy David is a re-known Comedian, Actor, TV Host, MC with over 1.4M direct followers online. With a majority of them falling under the youth bracket.

BACKGROUND

The youth form a majority of the world’s popuation and therefore the economic growth and development does deeply depend on their input. Consequently, their participation and involvement in key areas of economy is indeed significant not only for economic empowerment but also necessary for societal stability. However, the future of Kenya’s competitiveness is quite uncertain as the country tends to struggle to contain a huge number of unemployed youth spread across various counties. Statistically, the Kenyan youth form a working population of about 20 million. Intriguingly, one out of six legible young Kenyan is unemployed and probably not taking part in any income generating activity.

In addition, over 800,000 youth are entering the labour market and this would demand creating a pro-active platform that would midewife the awareness of opportunities among such target population otherwise, the trend subjects the Kenyan youths in a precaurious environment in the quest of better life and opportunities.

Our Uniqueness

Go4it is the only program in Kenya that comprehensively understands the plight of the young people, discovering and translates their potential into a catalyst of economic transformation. This is made possible through empowerment and inspiration provided by professional gurus and business veterans to mold the star out of them.

The mentorship program to millennial is in order to increase and share valuable skill to approach life with stubborn determination and to Go4it. The mentors and mentees interact to share ideas on how to better handle relationships, excellence in business opportunities, balancing school and talents, drug use and abuse among others.

What We Offer

The Go4it Team connects youl with Go Getters from the same area that share a similar interest with you.

Once you identify individuals with same interest, a group is formed and a leader is selected.

The leader of the Go Getters club is trained by the Go4iT team on how to reach out for mentors, liase with the mentors and convert ideas into reality and shares amongst team members.
